Corvette ZR1 Power

GM declared the official Corvette ZR1 power details: 476kW (647 horsepower) and 819 of torque. The ZR1 is powered by 6.2L LS9 V8 engine coupled with a 6-speed transmission (manual) with race hardened gear and double disc clutch technology.

One of the most amazing things about the Corvette ZR1 is the level of refinement that our designers and engineers have attained. Even with all that power, this car has road manners that will allow our customers to enjoy it on the streets as a daily driver, and on the track.

The ZR1 gives top speed of 205mph (330kmph). General Motors still performing tests on the fuel-efficiency of the ZR1 and it is confident that the ZR1 is the most capable 600hp car on the market.
