Filandri Uragano
A 47-year old Italian car devotee, Mr. Filandri Moreno has produced his own super car dubbed the Uragano for the past four years.
The Uragano (In Italian - Hurricane) was made-up and hand made from scratch which contains the body, brakes, panes steering and suspension system.
The car is powered by a ten years old Audi A8 car, 4.2L V8 engine.
There is no plan for creation because Moreno developed the Uragano to fulfill his own dream to build a supercar all by himself.
